Really didn't get a chance to do a lot of arting on my "quasi-weekend" and that is totally fine. More on that in a bit. Today, I do plan on arting. Lots of arting. I really want to push through the piece I'm working on. It's a busier week for me, so I'm not sure it'll actually happen, but I'm always hopeful that it will. There isn't any real rush, except that I just want to do something new. Got a hair up my butt...as an obscure saying goes. Just want to try something new...and different...but I know me...if I don't finish what I'm working on, I won't go back. So, I press on. It doesn't feel forced, as soon as I get working on it, I'm happy. It's a strong piece...mind blowing details...and fun.
So, the sale is still going on over at Society 6. Granted, not as good, but still solid. Remember, minions, I don't create the sales, or even the pricing, really. That's fine for me. It's one less monkey that I have to worry about. So remember to head over to Society 6 and buy stuff! Support an artist! They are very fair with us artists', which is why I set up shop there. I am eagerly awaiting stuff I actually ordered. If I had a bit of extra cash floating around I'd be taking advantage of this sale, I don't, so I won't. Look at me rhyme this early in the morning...which it's really not THAT early but for some reason the coffee isn't taking over as it usually does. It's not like the coffee isn't strong...it is...but I digress...
The monkey....well one of them...is off my back. Wooohooo! I finished my D&D session yesterday. I worked on it pretty much all of yesterday, hence the not getting much art done on my weekend. Thankfully, I had some left over session, so there was tweaking, and adding and reading up on some stuff. Then the typing so I can read what I actually planned. I am pleased. Since it is a busier week, it is nice to know that this is done, as it does take awhile to do. I am improv-ing more...but I still need the notes and some stuff. I'm trying. Really. It's been a really long time. The rust just doesn't fall off...it takes practice.
Okay instead of rambling on and on like the first failed blog...I will end it there. I'm trying not to dole out eye strain like it's candy on Halloween...I will leave you here...and probably won't see you again until Monday. When I may shake the update day up again...Just keep you on your toes...that and it's fun to mix stuff up. Remember head over to Society 6, buy stuff, support the artist that does the blogging...and the arting! I'll leave you alone about Facebook, except to say one more minion until 200...wow. Until next time minions, I bid you an adieu and a toodles, too!
